Utilising brand to unite a diverse workforce
With over 60,000 employees, Mitie are passionate about their people. With this in mind, we created a range of employee engagement collateral to generate advocacy and support.
Our Welcome Packs help new staff get to know the business. By creating a series of tailored packs, we enabled the HR team to collate and segment key information for different job roles.
The career pathways microsite enabled employees to see where they could progress their career at Mitie, inform them of the experience they would need and what it would be like to work in that role.
MQ magazine aims to foster participation and awareness of Mitie’s current staff and alumni. As well as a printed edition, it was produced as an e-mag, developed as a microsite that could be updated through a CMS.
