Impactful integrated reporting
For Coca-Cola HBC’s Annual Report we flipped the script. We reimagined the 2024 Integrated Annual Report from the ground up, with a sharp focus on what really matters.
We set out to create a report that’s not just informative, but intentional.

We began by running ‘Cut the Clutter’ workshops with section owners to help us identify where repetition and excess detail were detracting from the impact.
The result was significant. We were able to reduce the strategic report by 87 pages. A careful selection of case studies ensured the report remained engaging but not overwhelming.
To keep the report focused on core content and cater for digital audiences, we incorporated more embedded links, QR codes, and videos, giving readers quick access to interactive content and further insights online.

We embraced their brand refresh, ensuring the report was the pinnacle of the new brand and visually showcased its purpose. The strong use of data visualisation and infographics throughout helped transform copy-heavy pages into accessible, engaging content.
The result is a report that is not only visually streamlined but also communicates its core themes of innovation, growth, and sustainability with greater impact.
