Our creative team are always inspired when we know great design will help make a positive difference. Fuelled by a passion for gender equality, the non-profit More than Equal (MTE) aims to support the first female F1 world champion. We were asked to distil extensive research into clear, accessible insights that could inspire action across the motorsport industry.

To understand barriers and opportunities for women in the sport, MTE commissioned the most comprehensive research to date, surveying over 13,000 fans from 147 countries.

We helped bring the research to life through creating the Inside Track: Exploring the Gender Gap in Motorsport report and microsite. The design reflected MTE’s value of ‘Grit’, with black-and-white photography, bold typography and infographics designed to make complex datasets accessible and highlight key findings.

Together, the report and microsite created a coherent, engaging narrative, helping MTE communicate critical insights, influence stakeholders, and inspire action across FIA, F1 teams, media, sponsors, fans, and drivers’ families.
