Award-winning employee engagement

The Allen & Overy (A&O) Alumni Network was launched to keep in touch with former partners and employees to create and promote goodwill towards the firm.

Putting ourselves in the minds of the audience, every design and content decision for the Alumni Yearbook was driven by research carried out through an Alumni Engagement Survey.

The theme of ‘wall of fame’ recognised the talented alumni who had achieved success in their chosen field. Our creative concepts presented a bright, intellectual and well-rounded A&O mindset by highlighting the interests and passions of current and former A&O people. The editorial covers the business and personal success that alumni had gone on to enjoy.

Creatively the yearbook used a combination of illustration, portraiture and graphics to represent each feature in the most relevant and engaging manner.
