Having made the transition from online grocer to pioneering tech business, Ocado asked us to create a report that reflected this transformation – clearly communicating its complex business model while showcasing innovation, growth and strategic focus. Another goal was to streamline content, without losing substance.

We worked with Ocado to reframe its story, reimagining the business model to show how value is created across Technology Solutions, Logistics and Retail. This was underpinned by a new sustainability framework.

Through a collaborative ‘Cut the Clutter’ workshop, we streamlined messaging, removed duplication and reduced the report by 50 pages, all while strengthening clarity and impact.

The result is a concise, confident report that brings Ocado’s vision to life, reinforces its position as a technology leader, and builds investor confidence in its long-term growth story.
