

We worked with Ocado to reframe its story, reimagining the business model to show how value is created across Technology Solutions, Logistics and Retail. This was underpinned by a new sustainability framework.
Through a collaborative ‘Cut the Clutter’ workshop, we streamlined messaging, removed duplication and reduced the report by 50 pages, all while strengthening clarity and impact.
The result is a concise, confident report that brings Ocado’s vision to life, reinforces its position as a technology leader, and builds investor confidence in its long-term growth story.
