

The goal was to make sustainability progress easy to follow, communicate in a friendly, conversational tone, deepen disclosures and bring complex topics like the value chain to life visually.
We introduced a traffic-light system to show what’s on track, in progress or needs improvement. We added probing questions to encourage candid disclosures and designed a clear value chain graphic to help stakeholders see the full picture. Throughout, we maintained Domino’s approachable voice and ensured the content was authentic, transparent and easy to engage with.
To deliver highlight information to audiences such as franchisees, employees and customers, we developed a highlights animation which was launched on social media.
