As our business development and marketing executive, you will be responsible for spreading the word about Luminous, opening conversations with potential clients and supporting on the development of bespoke pitches and proposals.
This is a hybrid role, as effective marketing, data and content is central to our approach to winning new business. Delete the word 'cold calling' from your dictionary! We use industry insights and award-winning work to open warm conversations. We believe in quality not quantity, and our focus is on finding the right opportunities with the right type of clients.
This is a multi-faceted role, and you will be working across all three of our growing propositions; Sustainability & Impact, Investor Engagement & ESG and Purpose, Brand & Culture. Your remit will include research, delivery of new business campaigns, attending prospective client meetings and supporting with the execution of our marketing plan.
You will report directly into the Business Development Manager and be mentored by our Business Development Director and Content Manager. This is a highly collaborative role in which you will gain exposure to senior leaders right across the agency, including strategy, creative and client services.

*Our current Business Development Director has been promoted to Director level within 6 years of joining as Business Development Executive and our Business Development Manager has been promoted twice in 4 years to get to their level.
