As a member of the Client Services team, you will take ownership in the management of key sustainability reporting, strategy, and communication projects for high profile clients.
You are the external face of the agency and are responsible for communicating our client’s needs to the creative and production teams. You will be overseeing and checking the work that is done and pushing projects to completion across multiple deadlines.
The role will also provide opportunities to own key accounts and manage projects in other disciplines, including annual reporting, and brand.
You will show great attention to detail and strive to get things right the first time. To get the best out of clients and the wider team, it’s essential to build positive relationships by taking the time to listen and communicating effectively throughout the process. Your ability to plan will keep you one step ahead but are also flexible enough to make changes and problem solve.
