Our first report for the organisation marked a step change in the way it reported its corporate story, enhancing the storytelling, structure, best practice narrative and linkage, as well as developing a more meaningful creative execution.

A combination of strong messaging, bold graphics, brand assets and real-life imagery presented a business founded in local communities where it delivers the highest standards of care to people, their homes and their environment. The narrative set out how Mears strongly believes in the benefits of combining housing and care approaches to give the best possible service and to help tackle the deep-rooted challenges to the NHS and Social Care.
