Igniting connectivity

In an industry typically viewed as traditional and corporate, Acuity wished to build a diverse and vibrant brand identity to inspire and connect with its desired audiences globally.

Acuity is a brand-new global executive search firm born out of sister company, Stanton House. It builds exceptional leadership teams by cutting through the clutter and connecting people with companies where the match will deliver transformative impact.

Luminous was tasked with developing a bold and distinctive brand to enter the competitive executive search market and stand out from the crowd. While presenting an impactful and contemporary design, the website and brand needed to ultimately embody global connectivity.

With stakeholders based across the UK, US and Singapore it was important for our design team to explore a variety of visual expressions suitable for a global context. To inform our creative solution we facilitated a creative workshop with global stakeholders. This allowed us to quickly understand their perspective of the brand and gauge creative ambition.

To bring to life the ‘relentlessly connected’ brand idea, we crafted a dynamic and abstract logo. The visuals included bright gradient colours and a bespoke graphic system that represented impact and connection.

With the core brand elements developed, the next challenge was to create an impactful digital presence. As the main touchpoint for all stakeholders, our digital experts’ key consideration was a clear and concise structure that allowed the essence of the brand and messaging to shine through.
