Looking back… 2017 in numbers

The coming of the new year is always a reflective time and a good opportunity to ‘take stock’.

44 talented people
We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come in 12 months: we’ve grown the team from 31 to 44 talented people so that we can continue to give our clients even more of the strategic insights and personal touch we know they value; we have invested in brand, digital and video underpinned by content, or – as we like to call it – strategic storytelling. During periods of intense growth, it’s easy to keep moving forward without celebrating success but actually, it’s important to stand back and acknowledge how far we have come.

30 awards
One of the most tangible measures of success is awards. 18 projects were shortlisted and we won 12 UK and international awards. We were particularly delighted to be shortlisted for awards in emerging areas for Luminous, such as thought leadership in U+I’s Matter publication (MPF Awards, organised by the Managing Partners’ Forum) and campaignable, interactive content in Logicalis’ Think Hub (Corporate Content Awards).

9: client satisfaction
Another measure of success, even more important to us than awards, is what our clients think of us. We’re as proud as Punch that our Net Promoter Score is nine out of ten with the four Cs all contributing to our clients’ satisfaction: consultancy, creativity, content and how we communicate with them.

We’re really excited about what 2018 holds for Luminous, but one thing is for certain – we’ll be living and breathing our ethos: Believe in brilliance.
