Lorna has worked in account management for over ten years and specialises in corporate reporting projects. Having previously run the account management departments at Williams and Phoa and Bostock and Pollitt, Lorna has a wealth of experience across all project types from corporate literature, branding, marketing campaigns and new media applications. Her previous clients have included Arriva, BAA, BT, Burberry, Cheapflights, Credit Suisse, Fat Face, Rolls-Royce, Royal Mail and Shire Pharmaceuticals.

As well as her invaluable industry expertise, Lorna is also extremely knowledgeable in print and mailing management, which particularly benefits our investor communications clients.

At Luminous, Lorna is responsible for ensuring that an excellent service is received at every stage of the process from briefing through to delivery. She drives our Client Services Team, overseeing all client relationships and running key accounts.
