Justin Phillips ACA gained a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance from Middlesex University before working at a number of prestigious financial companies including Coopers & Lybrand, Millers & Simons (Attorneys at Law), and KPMG Fiduciaire De France, Paris. He has worked as a Senior Financial Controller for The Walt Disney Company Limited, UK, Finance Director for The Holt Group and more recently as Commercial Director for The Opex Group.

At Luminous, Justin is responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting, planning and market analysis and works closely alongside the Managing Director in all operational, strategic and business development areas. He runs our accounting and finance function and implements all the appropriate controls and procedures.
