
Luminous create brand for PAL
Luminous have developed a new
brand experience for PAL (Peformance Arts Labs), the
London-based creative arts charity.
The project involved creating a new identity, prospectus
and website.
“We saw a new brand as an important element in
helping us to secure new investment in the organisation
from
funding bodies throughout the world.” says Susan
Benn, PAL Director. “Luminous have interpreted
a complex and rich message with clarity, beauty, intelligence
and humour.”
Jon Towell, Luminous Creative Director says: “The
new brand needed to reflect the exciting diversity of
PAL’s creative labs so we adopted a series of dynamic
print and online treatments to generate real impact.
We created a series of abstract and metaphoric image
assets which were used throughout the brand elements.
The prospectus has a heat-sensitive cover and a double
spine – allowing it to be read from both ends – aiding
clarity of message for any prospective funder.”
