MITIE wanted to adopt more ‘best practice’ elements in their Annual Report. We broke down the traditional pagination and developed a new editorial approach that enabled investors to gain a more contextual understanding of the Group. The report was divided up into four distinctive clear sections. ‘Overview’ outlined business goals, aligned KPIs to strategies and featured case studies evidencing strategy in action. ‘Business Review’ focused on operational performance, ‘Governance’ conveyed credible management and ‘Accounts’ provided the financial data. The accessible and insightful printed document was supported by an online Annual Report and a highly engaging CR Report.
