Even if you have a sophisticated online investor site like BP, enabling analysts to use it effectively is a key challenge.
Research informed BP that key investors were finding it hard to locate key pages within their complex website. Our solution, a quarterly interactive e-newsletter, targeted to City analysts, allowed them to view highlighted stories and then link to the main web page for more detailed information. The series of mailings were underpinned by a templated design framework, enabling BP to produce the e-news internally whilst maintaining design integrity.
