We were asked to develop a new corporate website to help establish Greenland’s presence in the UK property market. Our challenge was to write, design and build the new website with only six weeks to deliver it from start to finish.
As the first iteration of Greenland UK’s corporate brand, the new website had to be clear and impactful, and engage a wide target audience of investors, partners, prospective employees and media contacts – as well as local residents, councillors and policy-makers. It had to communicate that Greenland is committed to quality development and ‘placemaking’ in the UK.
An essential precondition to the lean and agile delivery was a close working relationship with Greenland UK’s senior team and its PR agency, Camargue. We approached the development taking a modular approach to the build, ensuring that while the website was delivered at speed, it could scale to meet future requirements.
The outcome was a modern, clean website, launched on time, and an impressed client!
