The Luminous insight team undertook a series of brand workshops with Babcock teams to define the unifying values that drive employee behaviour.
We defined eight ‘guiding principles’ that drive employee culture and service performance.
A number of communication elements were developed to present the guiding principles internally, including a PowerPoint presentation and a ‘Being Babcock’ booklet.
The principles are supported by examples of behaviours in action. The cover diagram was re-purposed for use across internal engagement collateral.
