Another clean sweep at Property Marketing Awards

Following last year’s success, Luminous enjoyed another night of recognition at the 2018 Property Marketing Awards, with our report for Grainger winning the ‘Best Annual Report’ award.

In a clean sweep for Luminous, our reports for U+I and PPHE Hotel Group made up the other entries on the shortlist. U+I’s ‘MATTER’ thought leadership publication was also shortlisted in the ‘Best Brand Campaign’ category.

The winners were revealed by broadcaster Sophie Raworth at the London awards ceremony. Organised by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors, the annual awards celebrate some of the most talked about marketing campaigns in UK real estate.

The categories are judged by an independent panel of marketing professionals at the top of their respective fields.

Commenting on the Grainger award, the judges stated, “FTSE 250 Grainger is the UK’s largest listed residential landlord with a £2.5bn+ portfolio of c.10,000 rental homes. Its annual report tells a simple, compelling narrative and is a strong example of best practice in strategic reporting and governance. It sets out a clear story of value creation through its business model: ‘originate, invest and operate’, demonstrating how Grainger is using its resources and relationships to optimise market drivers, and how it will achieve its 2020 goals.”
